From time to time, when we try to open a PractiTest attachment, the file does not open and we get some sort of “AccessDenied” error.
For security reasons the link for the attachment is valid for couple of hours only, so after a while the access to the attachment (via the link) will be denied.
If you need the link again, refresh the PractiTest page, then you’ll get a new link to the same attachment (which again, will be valid for couple of hours).
