So, what is the verdict?

Both PractiTest and TestLodge offer test case management abilities. However, while PractiTest is a complete end-to-end solution for the entire QA management process, TestLodge does not offer built-in issue management, and is lacking import abilities in requirement management. This is a major difference that can not be overlooked, and gives PractiTest a big advantage.

Also worth noting is the lack of Zapier integration for with TestLodge. This too is a fault to consider, as the trend of more test automation along with functional testing is on the rise.

PractiTest also offers many additional features such as: external dashboards, hierarchical filters for organizing your information, advanced search capabilities and a kanban task board, all of which improve the workflow and provide a more intuitive and insightful QA management process.

Testlodge, however is a better solution for small teams looking for a tool with limited budget.
