Testing takes a village
With the adoption of Agile and DevOps as a standard in most organizations, testing evolves in ways affecting the approaches we take and the players involved in testing work. From testing being operated solely by Testers, this task is now performed by most of the players in the process, from Product Owners, to Developers, to Operation Engineers and even End Users, while testing professionals are also tasked with operating, orchestrating and coordinating these efforts.
Join our session, where we will review the way testing is being distributed today among multiple players in the organization, how test management practices evolve, and what a test manager has to do in order to orchestrate the efforts of his extended and complex team in order to continue delivering products with the expected levels of quality, on time and on budget.
