There are a few actions available in each of the module’s grids (Requirements, Test Library, Test Sets & Runs and Issues). Some of these actions are available in all grids and some are specific to modules. All actions can be performed only after selecting/ticking entities from the grid (Tests in Test Library, Test Sets in Test Sets & Runs, Issues in Issues and Requirements in Requirements).

After you press ‘Find & Replace’ you will get a notice of how many entities you are about to change (For example if you chose 10 entities but the word you want to replace appears only in 4). After you confirm the action, the phrase you entered will be replaced in the fields you selected in the entities you chose.
