Export Data as XLSX (Excel)

In PractiTest you can export your data as XLSX files from the Requirements, Test Library, Test Runs, and Issues modules.

Export can be done in two main ways: You can either go to your settings to export all your data or you can export only part of your information from within the filter tree.

When exporting entities, the linked entities will be exported as well to keep the full traceability intact:

  • When exporting requirements - linked tests and linked issues
  • When exporting tests - linked requirements
  • When exporting issues - linked requirements linked issues
Export data
  1. Go to the Requirements tab (for example)
  2. Expand the filter/view tree by pressing the light blue bar on the left of the screen.
  3. Press the desired Filter’s information icon
  4. Press the link to export the view as XLSX
Note: The Export as XLSX option redirects you to the report center and predefine your reports settings based on the selected view.
