License Types & Usage
There are 2 license types. To view the feature list and available tiers and prices of each license type, please visit the pricing page.
Team plan:- Minimum 5 tester licenses.
- Includes 5 ‘Read-Only With Comments’ users per license.
- Minimum 10 tester licenses.
- Includes 10 ‘Read-Only With Comments’ users per license.
‘Read-Only With Comments’ users should be added to the predefined “Commenters” group in the project settings as described here. They will be able to view and comment on all modules.
Plan Details
Project Admin can view the plan details in the account settings General tab.
Payment Terms
- Payments to PractiTest are made in advance on an annual basis.
- New users can be added during the year by issuing new invoices upon request.
- Unused or removed licenses will not be refunded.
- An additional $50 processing fee will be charged for any payment under $10,000.
- A paid user license includes up to 10k new entities + 10.0GB new storage + 50K API calls, per license per month.
